November 5th I will begin a ten day quiet, contemplative time. I look forward to reading, listening to music, meditation sessions, creative art time, healthy food, sound energy discoveries, shamanic journeys, and who knows what else will happen. Taking these periods of time away from the everyday routines and habits, leaving space for the new, and allowing for any old, unneeded habits to release, has always proved to be life changing. i‘m excited and ready to move from my head to my heart.
